A FLIGHT IN A HAWKER HUNTER
FIGHTER JET

On 14th August 2004 I was privileged to fulfill a very long held ambition by flying in an ex-Royal Air Force fighter jet - a Hawker Hunter T7A. We took off from Kemble Airfield in Gloucestershire, UK and the flight lasted approximately 40 minutes. During this time, we did some aerobatic maneuvers, and I was even allowed to take the controls for a while!
